The 2013 Penn State Security Conference will take place on October 28-29, 2013 at the Nittany Lion Inn on the University Park campus.

DAY ONE (October 28): - Day One will focus on broader, more universal security topics and include topic tracks, tools demos, and networking opportunities.
- Prerequisites: Open to all Penn State staff, faculty, and students.

DAY TWO (October 29): - Day Two presentations will focus on security topics specific to Penn State IT staff.
- Prerequisites: Must be a Penn State IT staff member

Tom Bayly

Penn State, Information Technology Services, Telecommunications and Networking Services
Systems Design Specialist
Tom Bayly is a Systems Design Specialist for Telecommunications and
Networking Services (TNS).  His primary role is to work with customers to
determine their needs and then create network designs that fulfill those
needs.  Additionally, he is the Service Owner of the ITS Firewall Service.
In that capacity he is responsible for ensuring that the service delivers
what is promised to include continually looking for ways to improve the
service through collaborative and strategic initiatives.  During the years
of 1996-1999, he completed his undergraduate studies at Penn State and has
been working as a member of TNS since 2000.
