Richel Perretti is the Contract Manager in the Risk Management Office and is responsible for reviewing, negotiating and processing contracts for authorized signature, assisting the Office of Sponsored Programs and Purchasing as they negotiate agreements, as well as providing guidance and training to raise awareness of risk issues University-wide.  Richel has worked for Penn State for 14 years in various roles including serving as the Assistant to the Director of Student Affairs at Penn State Fayette and then as the Assistant Director of Unions and Student Activities at University Park working with Student Activities staff at all campuses on various initiatives including contract and risk management issues.  Richel received her Bachelor of Arts in Advertising & Public Relations from The Pennsylvania State University and her Master of Arts in Student Affairs and Higher Education from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
