This session will demonstrate the many settings available for delegated administrators that wish to leverage the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) and Windows Software Update Services (WSUS). Both services are provided by ITS. SEPM will be covered in more detail on how to develop a policy, request non-inheritance, and apply those policies through the hierarchy. Discussion will also take place on how administrator accounts are provisioned for these services. WSUS will be briefly covered and demonstrated on how the service functions and what administrators can do to work within the confines of WSUS.
